Our lab aims at exploring mechanisms ranging from non-coding RNAs, RNA splicing to translational process. We explore these topics with both experimental and computational approaches to obtain full details of biological mechanisms.
We mainly explore lncRNAs, regulations of transcription and post-transcription regulations. We combine the power of in silico, in vitro and in vivo experiments to accelerate the understanding of intricate and complicated interactions between different pathways and molecules.
In our lab, you are able to use your expertise in computer science, data science, biological science, and medical science and learn more from scientific challenges.
